The Academy of Music 'Hanns Eisler' offers consecutive Master programmes. To enter a consecutive Master programme a 4-year Bachelor degree or Diplom degree in the same or closely related field of study is required.
Until the summer semester 2012 non-consecutive MA programmes were also offered. These programmes do not take any new applications.
Consecutive means chronologically, spatially and logically continuing. The consecutive Master programmes at 'Hanns Eisler' continue on an advanced level what has been studied in a Bachelor or Diplom programme previously. Thus, a first academic degree in a comparable study course to the Bachelor programme at 'Hanns Eisler' is absolutely essential.

From summer semester 2012 onwords we only accept applications for consecutive MA programmes.
