Enrollment and Reenrollment
Applicants who have received a written notice of admission from Hanns Eisler School of Music can then enroll at the school. As well as the official admission, enrollment requires payment of the semester fees and a certificate of health insurance. International students will need to present a valid student visa if required, as well as proof of the required language skills as advised in the rulings of the applicable terms of admission.
Please be advised that the school may process the enrollment with conditions.
You can find further information on whether you require a visa to study at Hanns Eisler School of Music here.
All students, including those returning to study from vacation and those intending to take vacation, must reenroll before the given deadline if they intend to study as enrolled students in the following semester.
Reenrollment is done by payment of the semester fees. The payment must be received (transfer completed) on the school’s account by the deadline for reenrollment. Please remember that a payment transfer can sometimes take a week, depending on your bank.
If semester fees are not paid by the deadline, a reenrollment warning will be issued. This incurs additional costs.
All students who do not respond to such a warning and do not reenroll will be exmatriculated from the point of the deadline until the end of the following semester. Please inform us on time if you have changed your address.
