Details regarding your email booking of tickets for events at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin: 

You will receive confirmation of your ticket booking from the ticketing service of Konzerthaus Berlin by email or telephone, including an order number and a binding payment deadline. Please quote the order number in the reference field when making your bank transfer. Unpaid tickets will be released for resale once the payment deadline has passed. When ordering, you can choose between postal delivery or collection at the box office. Provided your details are clear and complete, your paid tickets will be sent to the address provided; within Germany up to 7 days, and abroad up to 20 days before the event. A flat-rate processing and postage fee of € 2.50 is charged per order. Tickets are dispatched at the purchaser’s risk. If you do not wish to have your tickets sent by post or if this option is no longer possible, your paid tickets will be held for collection at the box office. 

The box office opens 1 hour before the start of the event. Please collect your tickets no later than 30 minutes before the start, quoting your order number.
