For the fourth time, the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin has received a generous donation from the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation for students in financial need. The donation of 36,400 euros will be paid out to needy students in close cooperation between the university management, the association and the AStA, so that they can continue their studies as carefree as possible. Against the background of Russian aggression against Ukraine, this generous support has become even more relevant.
In February 2022, the Board of Trustees of the private, non-profit Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation, domiciled in Switzerland, decided to make another 2 million euros available for music students in financial need at state music colleges in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The School would like to thank the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation for their support.
