Eisler alumna Juliana Zara has made her debut in New York's Carnegie Hall with the Sejong Soloists. The soprano from Professor Anna Korondi's class sang in the US premiere of Unsuk Chin's ‘Puzzles and Games’ from the opera ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The renowned ensemble of the Sejong Soloists, a string orchestra of Juilliard graduates, gave concerts in Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall in May 2024 to mark their 30th anniversary.

The American singer Juliana Zara, who is a member of the ensemble at the Staatstheater Darmstadt, was recently nominated for the FAUST 2023 theatre prize and for the Opus Klassik 2023 as Singer of the Year. She went on tour with the Bavarian State Opera to the renowned Hong Kong Arts Festival in spring 2024. Juliana Zara will also be singing the Cat in Unsuk Chin's ‘Alice in Wonderland’ with the Radio Filharmonisch Orkest conducted by Markus Stenz at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam in June.
