The 23-year-old Portuguese flutist and Eisler graduate Sónia Pais, who completed her bachelor's degree in 2021 in the flute class of Prof. Benoît Fromanger, will begin her probationary period as principal flutist in the Orquestra Gulbenkian in Lisbon, Portugal, in January 2022. Most recently she was a member of the Mendelssohn Orchestra Academy of the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, played with the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie and was a guest at the Barenboim Said Academy.

Denizcan Eren, a master's student in Prof. Benoît Fromanger's flute class, recently achieved another success: in September 2021 he began his probationary period for the position as second flutist with piccolo obligations at the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra. He previously graduated from the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic and appeared as a soloist and orchestral musician with the Orchester National de France, the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, the Basel Chamber Orchestra, the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra and the Pierre Boulez Ensemble, among others.
