Alexej Bröse

  • Junior student with Prof. Edgar Guggeis at the Musikgymnasium Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach in Berlin; studies with Prof. Franz Schindlbeck, Prof. Rainer Seegers, and Prof. Biao Li at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin
  • Orchestral experience with the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO), with the Nationaltheater Mannheim, and as a scholarship holder with the Orchestra Academy of the Berliner Philharmoniker
  • Since 2009: percussionist with the Dresdner Philharmonie
  • Prizes from a number of national and international competitions; 2001: “Fine Arts Award” from the Interlochen Arts Camp USA
  • Concert appearances worldwide as a soloist and chamber musician, among others with the GrauSchumacher Piano Duo, the Ensemble Mediterrain, and as a member of the Berlin percussion ensemble Percusemble
  • Since October 2014: lecturer in percussion at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin
