Prof. Renate Faltin
- Born in Parchim, Germany
- Voice studies at Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin followed by post-graduate studies in education with Prof. Freiwald-Lange from 1976
- From 1979 to 1992, Lecturer for Voice at Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin
- Engagements with Staatsoper Berlin, Metropol-Theater Berlin, Staatsoperette Dresden, Opernhaus Leipzig, Nationaltheater Weimar, Landestheater Halle, Volkstheater Rostock, Landestheater Neustrelitz, Mecklenburg State Theater Schwerin and Hans Otto Theater Potsdam with diverse parts such as Blondchen, Adele, Konstanze, Traviata, Butterfly and Königin der Nacht
- Broad concert experience with works by Handel, Bach, Haydn, Schubert, Mozart, Saint Saëns and Brahms
- Guest performances and Lied recitals in Poland, Hungary, Netherlands, Italy, Japan and China
