Welcome Weeks
Welcome to the Hanns Eisler! During the Welcome Weeks you can inform yourself about your studies and plan your courses. There are many opportunities to get to know fellow students, lecturers and other relevant contact persons and to find out about what the school has to offer.
The first week of lessons of the winter semester 2026-27 begins on 5 October 2026.

In this online meeting, the special features of the curriculum in the different study programmes and the course of study will be explained.
26 August | Intro Eisler eCampus

In the first part of the digital meeting, you will learn which important services the Eisler eCampus provides for your studies. In the second part, we will address possible technical problems with the registration of your courses. We recommend participation with a PC or tablet.

All members of the Hanns Eisler are warmly invited to the official start of the semester (Auftakt) on the first day of lectures.
Following the welcome, an information fair – accompanied by coffee and cake – will provide an opportunity to meet fellow students, key contacts from various areas of teaching and representatives of the AStA, and to find out about the wide range of advisory services available at the school. A concert and reception in the evening will round off the day.
