  • Family allowance: 102.26 € (scholarship recipients with a child), for every additional child: 51.13 €
  • Potentially special allowance for travel expenses
Requirements
  • Well above-average qualifications
  • Completed university studies in an artistic subject within the last three years; each further degree (e.g. master, Konzertexamen) must be within the last two years
  • After you have been awarded the scholarship, you must enrol at an artistic university in the state of Berlin and be supervised by a professor (full-time employed)
  • Individual grant only
  • No further public grants

Selection Process

  • In good time before submitting your application, we strongly recommend you to set a meeting with the Scholarship Office
  • Candidates admitted to the competition will be invited to give a presentation to the award committee
