Alexander Gadjiev wins 2nd prize at the Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw

The Italian-Slovenian pianist Alexander Gadjiev won the 2nd prize at the 18th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw - one of the world's most renowned piano competitions. At Hanns Eisler he completed his Konzertexamen studies with Prof. Eldar Nebolsin.

Most recently, he won first prize at the Sydney International Piano Competition 2021 in July 2021. Alexander Gadjiev is a multiple winner of international competitions and was selected by BBC Radio 3 for the New Generation Artists (NGA) program in 2019. Gadjiev regularly accepts invitations from Europe, Asia, the USA and Israel for concerts at renowned festivals and in important concert halls.
