Request to set up Wifi access and tips for installation:
Completed and signed requests should be placed in the pidgeon hole of the SC-IT (post office in the ground floor of the Charlottenstr. building).

Configuration tips
- internal users: personal Wifi-identification@kunsthochschulen-berlin.de (for example HFM123456@kunsthochschulen-berlin.de)
- Password: personal Wifi password
- external users: always anonymous@kunsthochschulen-berlin.de
- Encryption: EAP-TTLS
- Phase 2 or "secondary" authentification: PAP
- Software for MAC OS X and Windows PCs: www.servicecenter-khs.de/wlan
- Users with Windows Phone 7.x (WP 8 and below) please contact us at wlan(at)servicecenter-khs.de or make a note of it on your request for Wi-Fi access
